What should you expect from our yoga and mindfulness classes? Each week will cover the following:
1. Themes such as Balance, Strength, Taking Responsibility, Letting Go, Compassion, etc.
2. Topics such as Body Awareness, Self-Calming, Mindful Eating, Managing Thoughts & Emotions, etc.
3. Arts and crafts
5. “Students as Teachers” (kids will teach learned/favorite techniques to each other)
6. Mindfulness Meditation (short, simple sits in silence)
7. Socialize and make new friends
8. Boost creativity, compassion, and practice working cooperatively in large and small groups
