Donation Requests

Please fill out the below form to request a donation from Kidzeum.

Requirements:

• Your organization must be using the donation to raise funds (through an auction, raffle, etc.) for a specific charitable cause.
• We support organizations with scientific, health, educational or environmental missions; particularly those dedicated to children’s health and wellbeing.
• Your donation request must be submitted via the online donation request form at least six weeks prior to the date of the fundraising event.
• If granted, you must pick up your donations during our regular business hours prior to your event. 
• You must bring a copy of your tax exempt letter and event flyer upon pick up.
• Requests sent via fax, email, letter or phone will not be accepted.
  

Please note: No more than one request will be granted per organization, per calendar year.
